| SmartSky 4G LTE-Based Wireless Network Makes Satcom Direct as Its Sole Supplier |

SmartSky services has made Satcom Direct as its sole supplier for the business aviation community. SmartSky Service is planning to offer real-time and commercial level connectivity with 60 MHz of spectrum for its Air-To-Ground (ATG) data communications which will be 10 times faster than the standard speed and capacity of the existing networks. And SmartSky Networks is going to show its first airborne 4G LTE-based wireless network named SmartSky 4G in 2016. The Satcom Direct Router (SDR) in in favor of using SmartSky, with which passengers can manage all of the cabin commnunication systems on the flight, such as talking and texting with their own samrtphones during flight. There also will be various Wi-Fi access points (SSID) provided for passengers. |
