A new satellite broadband provider, BroadbandEverywhere launched its high velocity broadband service by using SES Broadband Services platform.

In the situation of no phone line or mobile dongle, BroadbandEverywhere provides high velocity Internet without affection of landscape, starting from 13 pounds ($19.7) per month according to a written statement. On SES’ Astra 2F satellite seated at the orbital position 28.2 degrees east, the service is being powered by Ka-band capacity. As another satellite Astra 2E’s launch carry additional Ka-band capacity and scheduled for launch in September this year, the service availability will be extended to a wider geographic area further.
