Intelsat declared the $0.799 per share quarterly cash dividend will be paid to holders of its 5.75 percent Series A Mandatory Convertible Junior Non-voting Preferred shares. 

The dividend will be in aggregate amount of $2.8 million, which means preferred dividends produces in the period of 100 days starting on the date of Intelast’s initial offering of preferred shares, from April 23 to July 31, 2013.

On August 1, 2013, the dividend will be paid to holders of record as of July 15, 2013.
